This is a system devised using Excel, which links all current documents including Policies and procedures and forms relating to delivering Child Dynamix business. This ensures that all Line-Managers have access to all documents that exist in the organisation.

It also provides a set of controls to ensure that existing documents are regularly reviewed and updated where necessary, and that the need for new documents are clear and necessary before they are introduced to the organisations systems.

Finally the DMS is designed to ensure that only quality documents are in the system that they are branded appropriately and meet the standards expected by the organisation.
